very bad Positive: Nothing Negative: We booked this ap for 3 nights. Since the beginning we faced problems. After the check in we saw that the lights in all bathrooms are not working, same issue with the internet. The host answered hard via the whatsapp numbers, I called the housekeeping who sent me a guy that tried to help me. After 10 mins. the maintenance came and together with the security guy removed a big window to access the electrical panel and restart the electricity. Before this, someone from the Royal Holiday agency asked me to verify the router and restart it, but he doesn’t know where it is… The biggest problem is that this apartment is unsafe for your healthy, there is a lot of MOLD in the main bathroom. After one night, we took the decision to inform the agency that we cannot stay any longer in this location whit my kids and to help us or to refund our reservation. They weren’t proactive or willing to help, they told me that the ap is respecting all standards… Besides the MOLD, the sheets were not changed, the towels were very used, the floor was not proper cleaned nor maintained. In short, there is nothing worth staying here, not even mentioning the price. We checked out the ap on 16th in the morning, they didn’t want to sent somebody there to take the keys, very rude comportment. After all the communications that I made with them, someone from Royal Holiday called me to find out what is happening (the 5th persons after all) and they try to convince me to remain in the apartment, to propose me other locations, but the trust was already compromised. We came back in Dubai, they ruined our holiday!

Positive: This place was spacious, had fast WiFi, and decent parking. It's within walking distance of a few restaurants, dry cleaners, and bars. Negative: The property was not clean; the bathroom was filthy, covered in black mould around the shower and ceiling. The 'host' was told about it and did nothing. There is no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom gets soaked when you shower. The listing failed to mention that a construction site is directly in front of the property. As a result, you'll experience very loud construction sounds from 6 AM until late evening. Earplugs are highly recommended. The property is very much a holiday rental, furnished on the cheap, which translates to terrible bed linen and bedding.
